Refund & Warranty Policy

1. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
All promotional footwear (items sold at any discounted price) and bespoke or personalized products are final sale. These items are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances.

2. Warranty Disclaimer
Gondolina products are sold “as is.” We do not extend any express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Online Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Only full-price items. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Procedure: Email info@gondolinaofficial.com with your order number and specify whether you request a return (for refund) or an exchange (for a different style or size).

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Gondolina will cover outbound shipping for exchanged items, and, where applicable, reimburse original shipping fees on refunds.

4. In-Store Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Only full-price items. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

  • Condition Requirements: Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt.

  • Procedure: Email info@gondolinaofficial.com with your order number and desired exchange details.

  • Shipping: Customers bear all shipping costs for both sending and receiving exchanged items. In-store purchases are not refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect all deliveries immediately. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us at info@gondolinaofficial.com within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and arrange a prompt remedy at no cost to you.
