Returns & Exchanges

Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery. Only full-price items are eligible.
To request an exchange or return, please follow the steps outlined in our returns and exchanges below ord send an email to customercare@gondolinaofficial.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To make an exchange/return you have to follow the steps that we indicate in our Reveni returns and exchanges panel and send your order to our warehouse. The customer is responsible for the return costs. Remember that the products must be in good condition and be returned in their original box.
